It is quite possible to arrive and never use your car: the South West Coast Path is a stone's throw away, and your holiday home a few hundred yards from the splendid sandy beaches of Thurlestone and South Milton. Wonderful walking, a clear blue sea, pubs and restaurants, Thurlestone Golf Club - all are accessible on foot from here. Hope Cove to the East, Bantham and the Avon estuary to the West. Whether you walk, swim, surf, golf or just relax and let the world go by, you will be enchanted by this very special place.

The Apartment Building.
Thurlestone Beach House is a small group of apartments completed in 2006. Your luxuriously furnished, quietly situated West facing ground floor holiday apartment is a perfectly flat thirty yard walk from its private parking space. The glorious uninterrupted view from the living area, private covered patio and master bedroom is directly over Thurlestone golf course to the headland and sea beyond. There are 1.5 acres of communal gardens including a sunken rockery and barbecue area. Thurlestone and South Milton beaches and the South West Coast Path are a 10 minute walk away and there are two further safe and sandy beaches within a delightful thirty minute headland walk towards Bantham. Golf at the Thurlestone club is an accessible delight, the clubhouse ten minutes on foot. Three brilliant pubs to walk to - the Village Inn (10 minutes), the Hope & Anchor (40 minutes over the cliffs to Hope Cove) and the Sloop at Bantham. We are twenty minutes by car from both Dartmouth and Salcombe: Dartmoor, a walkers' paradise, is an hour.
